Service Standards

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services
  • Written Proposals: All work is documented in detailed written proposals
  • Price Validity: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
  • Additional Work: Any work beyond the original scope requires written approval and may incur additional charges
  • Emergency Services: Emergency response may be subject to premium pricing due to urgency and after-hours service

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing

  • Notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden hazards

  • Being present or available by phone during service delivery

5. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance, our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from customer-provided information or access issues.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly
  • Tree Health: We cannot guarantee the survival or health of trees after treatment, as many factors affect tree health
  • Weather Conditions: We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather events after service completion

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellation: Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled work without penalty
  • Weather Delays: Work may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions
  • Rescheduling: We will work with customers to reschedule cancelled appointments promptly
  • Emergency Services: Emergency response services cannot be cancelled once crews are dispatched

8. Safety and Compliance
